Norman Law is the new Musical Director of Meltham and Meltham Mills Band!

Norman's first engagement with the band was on Sunday 4th December for the Festival of Light, celebrations.

The band played Christmas carols for the throng crowd to sing along to from the stage at St George Square in Huddersfield.

The bands next "main event", is the Christmas Concert in St Batholomew's Church, Meltham on Wednesday 14th December 2011, commencing at 7.30pm, where Norman will be conducting.

And then comes 2012............, when the band enters a new chapter in it's long history as it enters the Championship Section on 1st January for the very first time!!

We at Meltham and Meltham Mills Band would like to extend a very warm welcome to Norman and look forward to working with him in 2012.
