Meltham and Meltham Mills Band are delighted to announce that we have become a Championship Section Band as of 1st January 2012 for the very first time in our history.

We will be competing against famous bands, such as Black Dyke, Brighouse & Rastrick and Grimethorpe Colliery, to name but three, on Sunday 4th March 2012 (further details to follow).

It is indeed a very proud time for the band.
